Pricing notes: EICR pricing includes testing of one main consumer unit up to the circuit allowance for the selected property size. Additional circuits are charged at £15 per circuit. A shed, garage or outbuilding with power but no consumer unit is £45 + VAT. Additional consumer units for sheds, garages, outbuildings, EV chargers, off-peak supplies, loft boards and extensions are charged based on size: small (up to 6 circuits) £75 + VAT, medium (7–10 circuits) £120 + VAT and large (10–15 circuits) £150 + VAT plus £15 per circuit over 10 circuits. Oversized boards or multiple boards may require additional charges.
